Other Idaho Ranch Activities

After spending your day panning for gold, horseback riding through the meadows, or fly fishing for trout or salmon, the evening at Wapiti Meadow is a great time to relax and prepare for tomorrow's adventure.

Guests can make use of the volleyball court or have some friendly competition at one of our horseshoe pits. Also on hand are antique croquet sets to enjoy some time with your friends, family, or colleagues. Another fun and entertaining activity is our 'bull' head roping dummy for those who want to learn to and/or practice their roping skills.

A full library of books is available with local and western lore, a collection of English romance novels, and adventure/mystery books that are well-suited for a leisurely night by the ever-burning fire in our main lodge. In addition to the many lounging spots inside the lodge, the front porch is amply equipped for reading and visiting.

Outside the lodge, a fire pit can be lit for evening campfires along the stream which meanders through our yard. Some time in the hot tub is a perfect way to lull the night away. If fly fishing is your preference in the evening, we have stocked trout ponds just a few steps away.
