We believe good food is one of the great pleasures in life. Extraordinary care is taken in selecting the finest quality foods available to provide interesting and artfully created gourmet cuisine. Always a part of any daily fare are fresh baked goods and other tasty treats - both regular and low-carb selections; crisp exotic salads; and sinfully delicious desserts, either hi-test or low-carb.

In addition to preparing our traditional “hearty gourmet” dishes, we have developed a wide variety of menu items exclusively for Wapiti Meadow, utilizing the freshest of seasonal fruits and vegetables and products indigenous to the Rocky Mountain area.

Imagination and variety go into every meal, and we provide three memorable meals a day, including such dinner entrees as:

• Savory Prime Rib
• Grilled Fresh Salmon
• Roast Cornish Game Hen
• Selection of elk tenderloin, rack of lamb, and Muscovy duck breast
• Stuffed pork tenderloin

While our traditional ‘hearty gourmet’ cuisine offers a balance of delicious protein, fat and carbohydrate features, we also delight in preparing low carbohydrate entrees, side dishes and desserts to excite the palate of any Atkins follower. Using the highest quality meats, fish and poultry; a wide variety of delicious sauces; the freshest of low carbohydrate vegetables; and the most delectable of no sugar deserts, even the 20 carb per day diet can be enjoyed with bounty, flavor and panache!
